We are looking for a focused and self‑motivated Process Engineer to work in a dynamic industrial environment. The role focuses on designing, developing, validating and improving manufacturing processes, and supporting Johnson Controls’ capacity expansion plans.

• Design, develop, validate manufacturing processes and contribute to the build‑up of new production cells.
• Maintain and improve existing manufacturing methods and support capacity expansion.
• Implement a safe work environment and promote accident prevention and investigation.
• Design manufacturing cells and calculate optimal line capacities.
• Verify time standards and calculate earned hours for family products.
• Implement engineering changes and facilitate A3 problem‑solving.
• Design future state value streams and create technical documentation (standard worksheets, OMS, ODS, FMEA, DFAM, etc.).
