Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Direct/Indirect management of 1-10 project managers and/or business system analysts, and indirect responsibility for other IT team members on a matrix basis, managing multi-disciplined and cross-functional project teams.

    • Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage one or more portfolios, identifying opportunities for value addition through successful execution, continuous process improvement, and re-engineering.
  • Take ownership and demonstrate leadership of assigned initiatives and projects, ensuring compliance with IT Governance processes.
  • Collaborate with the IT PMO & leadership team to maintain standard Governance, Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Direct Charge methodology.
