Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define innovation priorities based on the product line strategy

  • Manage and shape idea management and innovation processes within the product line and coordinate improvements of these processes

  • Technology scouting (trend radar) and market observation regarding changes and future concepts

  • Define design guidelines for all products within the product line in close cooperation with Product Marketing

  • Align processes with CoE, other product lines and necessary functions within GPO as the contact person in terms of innovation and be the first to contact regarding Patents and IP

    • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Completed technical training (university/university of applied sciences/HTL) in the field of innovation, design, engineering or product management

  • First professional experience with Innovation, Innovation processes and/or product management
