Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate

Intralec is a Manufacturers Sales Rep representing quality Suppliers in the Electrical Industry  

We are proud to have serviced the Ontario market since 1977 

Main Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing customer calls/emails (ticket system)


• Process orders, inquiries and quotations


• Promptly solve customer problems


• Expedite orders and back orders


• Handle returns due to product issues/warranty/order errors


• Assist and support the outside sales team 


• Back-up fellow team members as required


• Attend product trainings and sales meetings when requested (some USA travel may be required)


• Perform other duties as requested by management 

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent
