Inside Sales is a full‑time position responsible to the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager for customer service, and carrying out tasks related to the smooth running of the organization.

Inside Sales Duties:

• speaking with customers on the phone, and communicating with customers via email
• general clerical work; including mail, document routing, filing, answering the phone, email and responding to customers;
• generating quotes
• receiving, pricing, entering, printing, annotating and tracking orders;
• producing customer invoices from packing slips;
• collecting, checking, matching and sending shipping documents (i.e., including documents required to ship goods and to clear customs);
• liaison with Warehouse staff regarding order filling / checking
