Job Description

This remote Inside Sales Representative position focuses on automotive products and services. The incumbent handles inbound and outbound calls, provides customer support, resolves routine inquiries, and works to sell and promote automotive offerings to existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call‑flow guide.
• Close sales, perform prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and use B2B and B2C skills.
• Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers.
• Be detail‑oriented in the sale of products and services.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
• Offer additional products and/or services with every sale.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
