Key Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site inspection of construction work related to structural, municipal infrastructure and subdivision projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with the client, public, agencies, designer, and contractor.
• Document the progress of construction work.
• Gather pertinent information as per project documents.
• Review and understand contract documents including project drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Track quantities for payment purposes.
• Provide information to the Project Manager/Contract Administrator for invoicing/project tracking purposes.
