**About this role**

Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving **skills‑based learning and assessment solutions** aligned to business priorities. This role partners closely with business, HR, and Talent stakeholders to translate skill gaps into high‑quality learning experiences and measurable outcomes. The role sits in the middle of both strategy and production: it requires the designer to be hands-on and actively design and build learning assets, but be involved in involved in understanding business and skills needs and shaping learning, assessment and skills management frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-Conduct learning and **skills needs analyses** using business data, stakeholder input, and performance insights.

-Collaborate with Talent Practices, AIR, and HR Technology teams to embed learning and skills development into **broader talent, performance, and career processes** .
