Foster long‑term customer relationships by providing value‑added services. Be the first point of contact for phone‑in or walk‑in customers, offering friendly and professional service. Manage Autopac transactions for walk‑in, phone and email requests. Proactively promote auto insurance extension products and services tailored to client needs (e.g., deductibles, liability). Write new habitational insurance policies (homeowners, tenants, condos, seasonal dwellings) in a timely and effective manner. Oversee account documentation, which encompasses routine inquiries, quotes, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations and additional tasks. Deliver prompt and precise responses to inquiries, addressing issues and providing solutions to fulfill client requirements.
