Position Summary Little Angels PPEC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intake & Billing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current families while also supporting billing, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and revenue cycle operations. The Intake & Billing Coordinator will guide families through the enrollment process, educate parents on PPEC services and insurance coverage, coordinator admissions, assist with therapy and PPEC billing processes, and ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
