About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Interior Design & Furnishing Coordinator to oversee the design, furnishing, and ongoing inventory management of a furnished apartment portfolio. This role will help standardize design processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external designers on new apartment setups.
• Create furnishing plans for new apartments using floorplans, measurements, and property photos.
• Re-furnish existing apartments that require upgrades or complete redesigns.
• Source and order replacement furniture, décor, and household items for damaged, worn, or outdated inventory.
• Review existing furnished units within the same community and replicate successful layouts while identifying opportunities for improvement.
