Job Description

Tech People is a European provider of technical skills permanent recruitment and temporary contracting services for multiple industries.

Currently we are looking for

INTERMEDIATE END USER ENGINEER (LJT)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days in office in training period)

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: full time employee

Tasks:

  • Provide second-line IT support to end users, resolving more complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access setup.
