Position : Intermediate IT Services Specialist – core responsibilities include end‑to‑end IT support, asset management, ticket lifecycle oversight, process improvement, and small‑to‑medium project management.

Location: Hybrid – two days a week at the Calgary hub office.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class IT support to global employees, managing inbound tickets from submission to resolution.
• Document troubleshooting steps in detail and communicate solutions clearly to end users.
• Support onboarding of new employees, managing access to systems, applications, and technologies.
