Overview

Our team is responsible for the internship program at Bombardier and relations with academic institutions. The position supports the Internship Experience HR team with respect to tax credit and subsidies programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quebec and Ontario internship taxation process
• Lead the internship subsidies process cycle
• Manage the budget tracking Excel for the Internship team
• Manage and process data on interns eligible for the different subsidy programs
• Communicate with schools and organizations for the different subsidy programs
• Process invoices and track team's spending for Internship events
• Manipulate Excel master files for subsidies and taxation
• Improve and revise Quebec and Ontario internship taxation process
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
