Job Description

Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. This role offers hands‑on experience in a variety of internal communications practices, including employee engagement, content creation, analytics, and change management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
