Intern – Warranty Analysis

The Intern – Warranty Analysis supports the Quality team in managing and analyzing customer warranty returns. This role includes tracking parts, performing preliminary failure analysis, and assisting in testing activities for new projects. The intern contributes to data organization, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and tracking of customer warranty returns.
• Perform preliminary analysis of returned parts and document findings.
• Maintain and update the warranty database, including failure modes.
• Assist in initial testing of parts related to new projects.
• Generate basic reports and trend analysis for warranty data.
