Job Description

We are seeking an International Sales Effectiveness Lead to lead programs that equip international sales teams with necessary tools, data, and resources to help boost sales growth across Motorola’s portfolio streamline CRM administration work. This role will partner with sales, sales operations, and enablement teams to develop data-driven solutions that transform the sales process and provide new insights for sales teams operating outside North America.

Serving as an advocate, this role will tailor global programs to regional needs or help identify regional process changes, requiring detailed knowledge of international sales goals and operations. The role will translate business needs, user feedback, and strategic objectives into specific requirements, primarily for the Salesforce platform.
