Inventory Auditor

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Inventory Auditor to support inventory accuracy and compliance across our dealership group. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of vehicle inventory records, ensuring alignment between physical stock, internal systems, and financial partners.

Wage: $ per year
Location: Manitou Drive, Kitchener
Hours: Monday to Friday :am to :pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and distribute weekly inventory reports and listings
• Maintain accurate inventory records within PBS (Dealer Management System)
• Perform weekly remote reconciliation of physical inventory
• Audit bank floor plan statements on a weekly basis
• Conduct on‑site docket audits to ensure documentation compliance
