Job Description
Accelerate maintenance efficiency as the Inventory Coordinator. This key role requires procurement, stock management, and CMMS updates to support operational excellence.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the entire lifecycle of maintenance-related inventory. With a focus on parts procurement, shipping coordination, and maintaining accurate records, you will ensure optimal stock levels and compliance in storeroom operations. You will also be responsible for streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and support maintenance uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and reorder inventory as needed for maintenance
• Process purchase requisitions and obtain supplier quotes
• Manage purchase orders, confirmations, and deliveries
• Conduct cycle counts and audits for stock accuracy
• Collaborate with teams to support equipment reliability
