Job Description

IT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

What You'll Do: 

  • End-to-end coordination of the IT equipment orders for the RTBH data centers
  • End-to-end coordination of the IT orders and supervision over the budget
  • Organizing shippings of technical equipment for associates or from associates as requested
  • Coordination of the service support for the equipment under warranty
  • Coordination of the IT e-waste equipment utilisation
  • Preparing workstations for new hires of the IT department
  • Supervision over the email signature generator tools
  • Archiving hard copies of the IT department-related documents
  • Cooperating with suppliers
  • Coordinating of the IT department-related invoices
  • Updating internal documents
  • Organizing business trips and team buildings for the IT department associates
  • Performing tasks requested by associates and cooperating with other departments
