IT Administrator / Application Support – ePAM (State Street)
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator / Application Support professional to support and enhance the State Street ePAM platform, ensuring operational stability, system reliability, and data integrity in a global environment.
📍 Location: LATAM Remote (candidates from any country in Latin America)
💼 Contract: Freelance / Contractor
⏳ Duration: 12+ months, with possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for incidents and user issues.
Monitor system performance, interfaces, and batch processes.
Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Support State Street ePAM as the core investment accounting platform.
Validate holdings, transactions, valuations, and financial data.
