As an IT analyst, you will provide high level of technical expertise and experience in your area of knowledge planning, administering, implementing, defining, leading and managing complex projects and problem solutions that bring value to Goodyear Business. You will act as an integrator involving other expert required areas including plant manufacturing. You will manage service provider performance and deliverables, control handover of all projects (including Plant Projects) for proper operations support, securing documentation and change control process.

What You’ll Do

• Be the principal engineer in your area of knowledge, taking responsibility for the entire solution in a complex environment.
• Design solutions in your area following Global Standards or creating regional ones when required.
• Provide higher-level support for problem solving in case of serious outage or major incidents where contracted resources lack necessary expertise.
