Your job

As IT Asset & Configuration Manager/CSDM Specialist for our IT Service Management team, you will be overall responsible for maintaining, updating and enhancing the Asset Management module/process. Together with the wider Service Management team you deliver value to the business partners, aiming for stakeholder satisfaction. Your responsibilities are the following:

  • You oversee all hardware assets (servers, personal computers, printers, routers, ...), software assets (applications, databases, batchjobs & scripts, web sites, cloud environments, ...) and other services in the organization.
  • You take care for proper registration of all hardware, software and services in the CMDB and further enhance it.
  • You create and implement strategies for effective IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems.
  • You develop and enforce ITAM policies and best practices.
  • You are responsible for both the operational work round ITAM as well ...
