Responsibilities / Tasks
For our location in Parma (Italy), we are looking for a committed SAP Business Application Consultant to help us ensure the best possible process support.
In this role, you will:
Support the P2P workstream within our global SAP transformation project T360
Analyse, design, and implement solutions for production within our ERP landscape (based on SAP) for various types of projects and changes
Prepare requirement analysis and technical specifications; configuration of solutions according to the specific needs of our customers
Plan and deliver of training sessions for key users and end users
Support of various business applications and processes in the logistics area by resolving incidents/changes within the agreed SLAs
Manage escalations according to defined processes and coordination between different stakeholders and team members
