• Support and troubleshoot IT applications and SharePoint sites.
• Ensure smooth operations, security, and user satisfaction.
• Manage permissions, workflows, and document libraries.
• Assist users and provide training on best practices.
• Provide support for non‑ERP applications related to Latin American government compliance processes, such as electronic invoicing for Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina, freight processes, and customs broker administration.
