Responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing technology solutions, supporting platforms, and driving digital transformation initiatives while acting as a strategic liaison between IT and business units.

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Support configuration, testing, and deployments.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and ensure SLA compliance.
• Serve as the strategic link between business units and IT.
