Duration: ASAP - 6 months contract
Location: Stavanger
**Assignment Description**
- Act as a point of contact between customer and client
- Register and follow up tasks and tickets in our ticket handling system
- Assist client IM Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Participate in internal meetings by request from IM Manager
- Participate in weekly standup meetings with client IT Operations
- Ticket handling
- Teach users to use self service
**Qualifications**
- Service minded
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (preferred from a HelpDesk/ServiceDesk)
- Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow as ticket handling system
