IT Product Expert for PLM & CAD (m/w/*)

Was sind meine Aufgaben?

In unserer Abteilung Information and Digital Technology (IDT PSS) suchen wir eine:n IT Produkt Expert:in für 3D CAD (NX Siemens) im PLM Umfeld (SAP ECTR) mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Steuerung des Lifecycles für Softwarelösungen inklusive Schnittstellen (Lebenszyklus und Schnittstellen) in technischer, organisatorischer sowie kaufmännischer Hinsicht
  • Laufende Verbesserung der Applikations- und Datenarchitektur
  • Aktive Mitarbeit am Change-Request-Prozess, indem Anforderungen mit Kolleg:innen und externen Softwarepartner:innen koordiniert, konzipiert, getestet und dokumentiert werden
  • Eigenständige und proaktive Unterstützung der Benutzer:innen sowie Freude an der Durchführung von Präsentationen und Workshops
  • Mitarbeit in IDT-Projekten im Bereich PLM und CAD
