Job Description

For our department IS & Owithin General Services, we are looking for a (an):


IT Project Manager (m/f/x)



Main duties:


  • Define technical project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path and the dedicated project costs
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Be the key contact with other departments on the dedicated projects
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors
  • Conduct project debriefing and develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
  • Depending on the project, be the responsible for execution or coordination of support tasks
