IT Recruiter – Lisbon (Hybrid)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

One of our clients is looking for an IT Recruiter to attract top technology talent and support our growth in Portugal.

Your role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic talent advice.
