Senior IT Support Engineer Main Responsibilities:
β’ Deliver technical support (L1βL3) to internal and external customers via remote and on-site channels, ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution of incidents
β’ Manage end-to-end support cases, maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction
β’ Act as technical account manager and escalation point for multiple clients
