The IT Site Leader for the Avio Aero Bielsko-BiaΕa Plant serves as the primary bridge between Plant Operations and the broader Digital Technology organization. This role ensures seamless IT support, strategic alignment, and adoption of digital solutions at the site level to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Internally, the role is called: Digital Technology Site Leader (DTSL).
