Job Description
Become an IT Support Analyst at Insight Global, providing bilingual support to corporate teams and around 70 retail locations in New Brunswick. Engage in hands-on technical support and incident resolution each day.
As part of this team, you'll collaborate with the Service Desk Manager, tackling IT incidents and requests to ensure smooth operations during a period of digital transformation. Support a range of technologies while creating valuable documentation and knowledge resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer technical assistance for hardware and software issues
• Prioritize and resolve multiple concurrent IT incidents
• Develop knowledge base articles for common issues
• Escalate unresolved incidents to higher-tier support
• Maintain user access during onboarding and offboarding
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' desktop support experience
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, including Active Directory
