Due to the expansion of capacity at our client, we are currently looking for a flexible and driven ICT Support Professional (m/w/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of workplace management activities, including setting up and configuring workstations at both new and existing locations, providing user support, delivering ICT resources (including at the ICT Hub in Gouda), and handling second-line support requests.

You will join a national team that operates primarily on a regional basis. As the role involves travel between locations, having your own transportation is required.

We are looking for a candidate who is socially skilled and communicative, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You should have a genuine interest in user support and be comfortable accurately maintaining administrative records in the client’s database system.
