Overview
McDougall Gauley LLP is one of Saskatchewan's oldest law firms with approximately 100 lawyers practicing in two locations. Our firm is now accepting applications for an IT Support Engineer to work in our Saskatoon office. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of Windows desktops and IT infrastructure with a focus on desktop configuration and troubleshooting, networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and support for on-premises and cloud/SaaS environments. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years experience in IT system support (previous experience in a law firm would be an asset) Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Strong knowledge of network, on-premises, and cloud/SaaS technologies Experience and knowledge with cyber security principles, best practices, tools, and technologies Advanced analytical, problem-solving skills, and time management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, ...
