- Provide first and second-level technical support to end users (onsite and remote).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and printer issues.
- Log all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
- Support video conferencing, VPN, and remote access tools.
