Your role and responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist at Xanadu, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, front-line technical support across the organization. You’ll be involved in day-to-day troubleshooting, setting up new equipment, managing user access, and helping ensure smooth IT operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a first point of contact for IT support requests.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to deliver prompt and effective technical support to employees.
