We are seeking a technically proficient and enthusiastic Java/Scala Developer to join the Distributed Risk Storage team. This team is responsible for developing high-performance libraries and components for storing, retrieving, and processing extremely large volumes of data generated across tens of thousands of grid engines in both private data centers and public cloud environments. The role involves building a scalable, secure, and cost-effective custom data platform that adheres to strict standards around encryption, access controls, data lineage, and retention.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new and existing components using Scala and Java
• Contribute to all phases of the product lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate across multiple time zones in an agile team environment
• Partner closely with internal developers to understand system requirements and deliver robust solutions
