SUMMARY

Reporting to the IT Applications Supervisor, the JDE Systems Developer will support key systems for our Canadian Divisions, in designing, customizing, planning, developing, implementing, as well as supporting them post‑implementation. As a member of the IT Applications team, you will be a member of the team responsible for supporting our enterprise applications while also working on enterprise IT projects.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

• Assist in the implementation of a new ERP and warehouse management system.
• Provide first line and second‑line functional support for JD Edwards 9.1.
• Create customizations within existing JDE 9.1.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP‑related incidents and service requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service delivery frameworks.
