Responsibilities

• Design and implement transformation projects that impact core business processes, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative information, translate it into actionable insights, and make data‑driven decisions. Conduct benchmark studies both within Walmart and outside the industry.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with key areas such as Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, etc.
• Monitor progress, risks, and portfolio KPI’s, ensuring compliance on time, cost, scope, and quality.
• Generate executive presentations.
• Report directly to the Deputy Transformation Projects Manager.
