What You Will Do:
Helping Scrum Masters and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Help scrum and development teams in operations like JIRA boards and Confluence spaces
Remove impediments related to operations and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Ensuring sprints are effective in term of operations to support new release of the project/solutions.
