Job Description

Your new role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Be involved in projects of all phases of architecture, from feasibility studies and schematic design through to Contract Administration.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with Owners and Consultants, oversee assigned projects, provide mentorship and guidance to a team across projects of varying scales.
  • Review drawings for zoning and OBCpliance

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Graduated from an accredited university program
    In Architecture
  • Minimum of 7+ years experience
  • Very good understanding and knowledge of accessibility codes, life-safety codes, building construction systems, means and methods, materials and industry associated standards
  • Good understanding of the relationship between drawings and specifications
  • Excellent time management skills of yourself and your team
