Job Description

Do you thrive in a role where you work with new products from prototype to production? And are you motivated by coordinating activities, ensuring quality, and acting as the link between development and manufacturing? If so, this is your opportunity to join the NPI team at GN Hearing in Præstø.

Your key responsibilities

  • Planning and preparation of NPI builds (prototype and pilot production)

  • Coordination and follow-up on NPI activities

  • Facilitating design reviews in collaboration with R&D

  • Ensuring that materials, tools, and documentation are ready for builds

  • Reporting and follow-up on builds and test results

  • Preparing for production (PQ and release)

  • Contributing to risk management and quality (DFM/DFx)

  • Conduct PPAP for external customers

  • Maintenance of product data in ERP systems (D365) 

    • Get off to a strong start
