Couchiching First Nation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Jordan’s Principle Coordinator to lead this vital initiative within our community. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating essential services and planning for children and families, working collaboratively with internal programs and external partners. The Coordinator ensures that families receive timely, culturally appropriate support through the Jordan’s Principle framework.

Reporting to the Director of Social Services, this role includes managing applications, liaising with agencies, and advocating for the well‑being of children. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to supporting Indigenous families, proven experience in community programming, and the ability to build meaningful relationships that foster healing, connection, and resilience.
