Job Description
Call Centre Representative
Duration: 31 Jul (possibility of extension)
Location: Hybrid - Markham (All training will be completed on site and is approximately 2 weeks in duration)
Contact Center Hours are Monday β Friday 8am β 8pm (*Shift is scheduled for 8 hrs (7.5 hrs paid)
Hourly Pay Rate: $18/- to $19.56/-
Must Have Skills:
β’ 1-2 years in Customer Service β preferably in a call center environment.
β’ Proficiency in word processing, excel and various web-based programs/Windows applications.
β’ Handling a minimum of 70+ calls per day: high achiever will handle calls per day
β’ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced space.
β’ Quick to adapt to an evolving surrounding.
β’ Professional telephone/email talent and etiquette.
β’ Clear and concise supportive communication and interpersonal skills.
