We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to deliver tailored VDI solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mid‑tier growth accounts, managing routine check‑ins and delivering product updates to ensure high engagement.
• Facilitate the renewal process for growth accounts by gathering usage data, updating CRM records, and coordinating schedules (reporting to the Senior Account Manager).
• Screen inbound inquiries from existing customers; triage technical/billing issues to support teams and elevate high‑value commercial opportunities to leadership.
