This role is central to keeping accounts organized, accurate, and running smoothly across clients, performance managers, media buyers, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Client communications
• Reporting requests from clients
• Internal reporting requirements for clients – budgets, creative approvals, and marketing performance reports
• Proactively flag and escalate issues to Account Managers
• Responds to urgent client requests on weekends

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets)
• General understanding of digital marketing workflows
