Junior Technician
• Basic level of technical expertise.
• Floor-walk and support End Users with Testing, and after a move.
• Pick up and resolve 1st line issues and update issues log. Assist user in raising an incident ticket for unresolved issues and record incident number in the issues log.
• Identify any trends and feed back to Administrator & Project Manager.
• Attend daily huddle with the Team Leader detailing work for the day.
• Direct any non-tech issues to the relevant support team.
