Job Description

What You Will Do

The Regional Manager will provide leadership, coaching, strategy, and direction for

the assigned sales team.

  • Grow the regional customer base by developing our existing customer base and opening strategic distribution.
  • Develop relationships throughout all layers of your distributor’s management team, especially our MPP accounts.
  • Integrate our JSS end-user team into the regional selling strategies to create insatiable end-user demand.
  • Leverage Co-op Advertising dollars and SG&A budget to drive regional sales growth.
  • Leverage and continuously rethink the sales structure in your territory.
  • Perform daily coaching and mentoring for a large team of field sellers.
  • Provide an accurate monthly billing meeting forecast.
  • Execute Quarterly Business Reviews with the other Regional Managers from Field Sales.
  • Actively make joint calls in the field while being a cheerful face for the brand regionally...
