The Role You treat the business like a laboratory. You sit at the intersection of data science, marketing, and operations — finding the insight in the data, then personally shipping the thing the insight calls for. You form hypotheses, design the experiments, run them, and document what you learn (including what failed).
You don't need to be a hardcore engineer — our engineering team handles infrastructure and supports you on anything technical. But you should love building with AI: automating things with Cl...
